Durability first
Hard efforts come after a long pre-load, the way they do in a real event. A durability test measures how much of your power survives fatigue.

MeepMeep is the indoor trainer for ultracyclists. It controls your smart trainer, builds a plan to your event, and trains what actually matters at hour ten: durability.
Built for 200 km to 1200 km brevets, 24-hour races and self-supported multi-day races.
Why MeepMeep
Hard efforts come after a long pre-load, the way they do in a real event. A durability test measures how much of your power survives fatigue.
Give it a distance, a date and the most hours you have. It ramps up gently and never plans above your cap.
Connects over Bluetooth, sets ERG power for every interval, and reconnects on its own if a sensor drops hours in.
Carb, fluid and sodium prompts through the ride, plus stand-up reminders so you sit comfortably for hours.
Recovery to VO2max, tempo to threshold, long endurance and durability days. Build your own or import .zwo files.
No account, no cloud. Everything lives in your browser, with one-click backup and FIT export to Strava, intervals.icu or Garmin Connect.
Huge numbers and clear targets, designed for a laptop on a stand, a TV across the room or a phone on the bars. Keyboard shortcuts for when your hands are busy.
How it works
Pair your trainer, power meter, heart-rate strap and cadence sensor. MeepMeep remembers them and reconnects next time.
Enter your event and the hours you can give. Get a periodised plan that starts today with an easy ramp-up and ends at the start line.
Follow big, readable targets from a laptop, TV or phone on the bars. Every ride is recorded, analysed and ready to export.
Periodised plans
Foundation, Base, Build, Specialty, Taper. An easier week after every three, long rides on your chosen day, back-to-back weekends when your event needs them.
Measure what matters
MeepMeep measures how much power you still have after real work, so you can see durability improve ride by ride and know what to train next.
Works with your gear
Trainer control uses Web Bluetooth: Chrome or Edge on desktop or Android. Safari and iOS browsers do not support it yet.
Questions
Any trainer that supports the Bluetooth FTMS standard, including Wahoo KICKR and CORE, Tacx NEO and Flux, Elite, Saris H3, JetBlack and Zwift Hub. Most trainers made since about 2020 do. Power meters, heart-rate straps and cadence sensors work too.
Not yet. MeepMeep talks to your trainer over Web Bluetooth, which Chrome and Edge support on desktop and Android. Safari and iOS browsers do not.
On your device, in your browser. There are no accounts and nothing is uploaded. You can export a full JSON backup and restore it at any time.
Yes. Import FIT files from Garmin, Wahoo or Hammerhead so long outdoor days count toward your training load, and export indoor rides as FIT for Strava, intervals.icu or Garmin Connect.
Most apps optimise for one-hour sessions and FTP. MeepMeep is built around what decides 200 km to 1200 km events: holding power late in the ride, eating enough over many hours, and sitting comfortably for a very long time.
There is no account and no paywall in the app today.
Pair your trainer, pick your event, and start building the legs that finish.
